6. Replacement Policy

  • KraftBae follows a replacement-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

Replacement will only be provided if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or
  • The product is damaged during transit

Important Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement request.
  • Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
