All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur. These are not defects but a natural result of artisanal work. We try our best to display product images accurately; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
1. Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged Items)
We offer replacement only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory
- Photos of the damaged product must be shared
- After verification, we will approve a replacement of the same product
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product selection
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as all products are handmade).
3. Return Process for Replacement
- After approval, customers must self-dispatch the damaged product to the address provided by our support team
- The product should be unused and packed securely in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement product
- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit, or
- An alternative product of equal value
4. Important Conditions
- Unboxing video is required for all damage claims
- Claims without proper proof will not be accepted
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be applicable if:
- The product has been used
- The damage is reported late
- No unboxing video is provided
